Today I had the honour of attending one of my beautiful pregnancy yoga mum’s to be baby shower. What a beautiful day and such a true privilege to be a part of such a special day. This class is designed for all abilities and everyone is welcome! You will be guided through postures and stretches as well as some much needed breath and relaxation exercises. This is a really accessible class with a supportive group.

It starts at 6pm and is £8.50 per class
