RETREAT TIME 💫
I am SO excited to announce my first retreat and this one is all about EMPOWERMENT ladies!
A fun, social and informative day with a group of amazing like-minded women where you will learn and take away with you a number of tools and practices to allow you to live a more purposeful life 🤩
What does the day look like:

🧘♀️ Yoga flow & stretch
♾️ Guided meditation
📝 Journal exercise
& a little treat for being YOU!
Every woman is welcome, whether that be on your own or with a friend & for the mums you can enjoy some YOU time between school drop off and pick up times.
