I went to a lovely location in the Cairngorms the other day. I love pine trees, so this place was perfect π²Forest walks are some of the best things you can do for your health, mental clarity and peace π Find time to go for walks, even in the rain and cold. Just wrap up and go. Even 20 minutes will make you feel better. Breathe in the healing energy.
