Why do my muscles click?

Harmless causes
* Gas release: The most common cause is the release of dissolved gases (like carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and oxygen) from the synovial fluid that lubricates your joints. This happens when you stretch or move the joint capsule, creating a popping sound.
* Tendon or ligament movement: As you move, tendons and ligaments can move across bony surfaces. A snapping sound can occur as they return to their original position or if they are slightly out of place.
* Lack of movement: Joints that have been stationary, such as after sitting or sleeping, can produce clicking sounds as the synovial fluid circulates with the first few movements.

My mum has been trying out the cyclosssge as she is in so much pain as down for a new shoulder implant
Two sessions with the cyclossge she says I will have to fight her to get it back
