This month, I completed my practical training as an Advanced Clinical Massage therapist at Jing Institute of Massage & Complementary Medicine. As well as providing massage that optimises vocal health, I can now offer outcome-based treatments which address chronic musculoskeletal pain and can treat a range of pathologies including headaches/migraine, neck and shoulder pain and TMJ disorder. Thank you for supporting my new business and page. A little bit about what I'm up to!

As a registered nurse and university academic, theatre digs host and mum to grown up children at drama school, I have decided to combine my passions for holistic health and theatre. I am very interested in the health of performers including vocal health and want to help prevent injury to ensure long and successful careers. This is an area of research that I plan to focus upon for my future doctorate.

In 2022, I trained as a bodyworks massage therapist with Jing massage in Brighton. I have now decided to continue my learning and development as a massage therapist by undertaking their Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy programme alongside training as a vocal massage practitioner with the prestigious Stephen King and team at the Voice Care Centre in London later on this year.
