Hi everyone. Today is day 3 of the detox and today is a good day.
Yesterday started off good and by late afternoon I had a headache and felt like I have not eaten for days, even though I was eating fruit and having liquids.
Todays breakfast was mixed berries with banana and kiwi.

Day 2 of the 5 day detox. After only 1 day I can already feel there is a shift in my body and mind. Today we are adding fruit to all the liquids. Here is my breakfast fruit bowl. Yum!

Today I started my first 5 day detox.
So far so good. I am missing chewing food, but it is only a mind over matter challenge 😊.
Breakfast was a strawberry & banana smoothie and now for lunch I did a Very berry smoothie with protein powder.
