As the wheel turns us further winterwards, it is time to remember to look after yourself. A busy time this may be with the planning of festivities, a more full social calendar perhaps, and all the stuff that needs to get done before the Xmas deadlines. The backdrop to this hustle and bustle is that somewhere beyond our screens and lists, outside, nature is settling down and taking rest during these coldest months. How can we hold ourselves a little bit more and give grace for the parts of us which just need to nap right now. I hope you find space to slow down and take what you need. ✨

In the darkest depths of winter come warm the cockles of your soul with us on this magical yet homely, restorative weekend. The Women’s Wintering Retreat has been brewing for a while in the Folk Sisters cauldron and we cannot wait to welcome you!

Just Imagine a whole weekend of Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath practices, cosy blankets and hot cups of Cacao by the fireside. Folk stories will be shared by night and we’ll start our days with Yoga, intentions and circle time.

Our base is a luxury, modern barn conversion; warm and toasty with underfloor heating and a wood burning fireplace. This space retains all the rustic charm of the Derbyshire countryside whilst offering comfort along side captivating vistas. We will be a stones throw from a significant henge and many other folksy places.

3 nights accommodation. January 29th to Feb 1st.
All food and drinks included. Plenty of off road parking for all our guests.
