19 men. One game. Endless energy.�Friday night saw another strong turnout — tackles going in, goals flying past, and the banter flowing just as much as the football.
But what really stands out is the commitment. Week after week, the men show up — not just for fitness, not just for football, but for each other.
This isn’t about ability, age, or experience. It’s about moving, laughing, sweating, and leaving the week’s stresses behind under the lights.

What a night! Our weekly all-inclusive football session was buzzing with energy this evening — 24 players, one fantastic close game, some brilliant football, and easily one of our best sessions yet.
It’s about more than just the game — it’s about connection, support, and keeping both mind and body healthy. Every week, we see friendships grow, confidence build, and smiles all round. ⚽💚

20 men. One pitch. One purpose.�Friday night under the lights — 10-a-side, full effort, and the perfect way to shake off the week.�Plenty of goals, committed tackles, and the kind of laughs you can’t fake.
But as always, it’s bigger than just the football.�It’s about switching off, moving the body, and checking in with the mind.�Regular people, same commitment — showing up for ourselves and each other.

Friday nights hit different when it’s 90 minutes with on the pitch.
23 turned up, boots on, ready to work off the week — and we did just that.
Tackles flew, goals were scored, lungs were tested... and as always, laughs were shared.

This isn’t just football. It’s a place to reset, reconnect and remind ourselves that fitness and mental health go hand in hand.

Big shoutout to everyone who showed up — especially the newer faces who got stuck in straight away. Same time next week? You know it. ⚽🔥

We finished off another week in the best way possible, Friday football.
30 attended and enjoyed a little four team tournament. Some new faces joining in the fun and an appearance from Aylesbury United men’s first team coach Hamza who took part in the evenings games. Great football and great night 👏⚽️👏⚽️

After the emotion and success of our first game last Sunday, where would we be this week? Would we want to relax and miss training? Yes for some, but not for most. 19 attended this evenings session, despite el quackico taking place.
Some new people who fitted in perfectly to our environment, lots of energy, football and fun on show. Well done all. 👏⚽️👏⚽️

On the 7th of Feb we started Mindset United with 7 men in the rain playing football, having a laugh and ending the weeks stresses in a relaxed fun environment. We have grown and developed as a group with new friendships made. This afternoon we had a willing 16 regulars take part in a competitive game against a Chiltern Railways team. Throughout the game we played some great football, scored some great goals and finished with a 6-4 win. Maximum effort from everyone who took part throughout with great teamwork.
Terry unanimously the choice for player of the game, was solid throughout in the middle of the pitch. Thank you to all the supporters, players and everyone who has joined in our sessions.
