A huge thank you to Nikki from UK Hypopressives for joining us for the first time at the Nature & Nurture Fayre and offering her Women’s Wellness MOTs.

Nikki is incredibly knowledgeable, so easy to talk to, and it’s such a gift to have someone look at women’s wellbeing in such a clear, holistic way.

A big thank you to Wax Flicker for joining us for the first time at the Nature & Nurture Fayre.

Their stall smelled absolutely gorgeous, and I couldn’t resist picking up a couple myself …Uplifting, which genuinely lives up to its name, and Christmas Spice, which a friend described as wonderfully “cosy!”

And did you know…? Each of their luxury eco-friendly candles and flower reed diffusers comes with a seeded paper label, so you can reuse the jar (or any pot) to grow your very own little wildflower garden. Such a lovely touch.

If you didn’t get to see her… honestly, you missed out! Her work had people floating out of the room. One person I spoke to described their session as incredible — the kind of experience that stays with you — and they said they’d definitely be booking in with her again soon.

Siobhan brings such a gentle, grounded presence to her treatments, and it was clear how deeply people were relaxing into the process.

A big thank you to Clare for bringing her beautiful Access Bars sessions to the November Nature & Nurture Fayre.

I know the value of your work, and I was honestly gutted not to have a moment to enjoy it myself this time. But I could see the impact it was having — the people I spoke to afterwards felt lighter, brighter, and so much more spacious in themselves. There’s something uniquely soothing about the way you hold energy, and it really showed.

Thank you for sharing your time, your presence, and your deeply restorative work with us. It added such a gentle, uplifting current to the whole day.

A heartfelt thank you to Katie from Reframe CBH for being part of the November Nature & Nurture Fayre and sharing her incredible work with everyone who came through the doors.

Katie helps people gently shift unhelpful thoughts and patterns through Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) a beautifully effective blend of CBT techniques and the deeply restorative state of hypnosis.

Her approach is calm, compassionate, and incredibly supportive for anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to create healthier ways of thinking.

Today’s fayre had such a beautiful quality to it. The whole space felt grounded, warm, and genuinely nourishing from the moment we opened the doors.

What really made the day shine were the people in the room. Every stallholder brought so much heart and presence, and together we created a space where connection came easily.

There was this lovely sense of collaboration, with everyone supporting one another, sharing their gifts, and adding to an atmosphere that felt welcoming and uplifting.

Throughout the day there were these gentle moments of people finding exactly what they needed, whether that was a conversation, a treatment, clarity, or simply a feeling of being held. That’s the kind of magic you can’t script, it happens because of the people who show up and the intention behind it all.

I’m ending the day grateful for what was created: a peaceful, supportive, and quietly powerful experience for everyone who walked through the door.

Thank you to everyone who was part of it. Days like this remind me why these spaces matter.

A little something to keep you going…

We’ll have a lovely selection of refreshments available at the Nature & Nurture Fayre on Sunday.

Just perfect for a pause between browsing, booking, or just being.

Hot drinks, savoury and sweet treats, and a yummy hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows may be on offer too!

Simple, affordable, and made with care (but no latte art, sorry... we’re not baristas! 😉)
