Journaling isn’t about having the perfect words, it’s about giving your thoughts somewhere to land.

Some days it’s a full page of feelings, other days it’s just a sentence:
“I feel off today and I don’t know why.”

Writing things down helps you:

The Pink Full Moon in Libra at 12° isn’t just a moment... it’s a karmic cleanse.

If your heart has felt heavier than usual lately, this is your confirmation: something is finally shifting.
Not loudly.
Not dramatically.
