Last night I made a chilli 🌶️ using up all my oldish veggies 🥒 🥕🥦🧅🧄🫜🫑🫛🥒🌶️🍅 I chucked everything in it. Nothing is wasted in this house. 🏠

I even put some cocao & collagen in to make a rich dark sauce.
Yum 😋
Darren has eaten it twice in a row 🤣

🌱🥬🫚🌶️Feeding the soul when you haven’t eaten properly for 2 weeks due to not being well. I started cooking again and made delicious 😋 meals to have and freeze.
Lots of herbs and spices. 🧄🫚🥘
But most importantly Kefir yogurt for pure gut health. 🙏🏻
Tonight a prawn curry with a pinch 🤏 of this and a pinch 🤏 of that. Never measure anything just go by how it tastes. Added baby tomatoes and peas 🫛
