Did you know that simply being more active can lower your risk of heart and circulatory diseases by up to 35%?

Every time you get moving for 10 minutes or more, it contributes to your goal of 30 minutes of physical activity each day.

Getting active doesn’t have to be a chore—getting outdoors in nature and moving more improves physical and mental health and wellbeing. Why not consider joining an outdoor walking or activity group? Weekly green gyms and wellbeing walks take place at Ailsa and Ayrshire Central Hospitals, contact lindsay.twilley@tcv.org.uk to find out more.
