Did you know when you call you don't just speak to a 'receptionist'?

Our staff have lots of roles
- answering phones
- signposting patients to the correct service i.e pharmacy, physio, mental health
- booking appointments
- passing on results
- calling ambulances for unwell patients
- printing and organising prescriptions for signing
- organising prescriptions for pharmacies
- and lots lots more!!!!

The surgery will be closed for the public holidays posted. Please remember to order your repeat prescription in plenty of time. Pharmacies usually allow up to 7 days before collection, but this may take longer around public holidays. Thank you.
