The people living with use enjoyed watching the incredible air show out in our beautiful garden.

It was a spectacular day full of amazing air displays. The red arrow display was by far the most liked by all at Creggan Bahn. We enjoyed sitting and having a wee dram and some snacks. It was a day full of amazement, laughter, and More...Fresh Air.

Here at Creggan Bahn, we have had a busy weekend.

We had not one, but three of our lovely ladies celebrating their birthdays. On Saturday, Senga enjoyed spending her special day up in the golden room with her family, whereby they enjoy a cupcake afternoon.

On Sunday, it was Dothory and Linda's turn. They both enjoy a meal in the community with family and friends. It was a weekend of celebrations here at Creggan Bahn, full of smiles, laughter and More...Socialising!

Those living with us at Creggan Bahn have been enjoying the virtual reality experience. We have been able to create some magical moment from the comfort of our own armchairs. So far, we have visited places like Melbourne, Tokyo, and Dublin, and we can't wait to visit Malta in a fortnight.

Andrew, one of the lovely gents living with us, stated "You think that going into a home that it's the end of something, but activities like this makes me feel I’m at the beginning of something".

Everyone had an amazing time listening to songs from the 60's and 70's, and enjoyed travelling down memory lane with music! We can't wait for another visit from Martin!

We enjoyed admiring the beautiful flowers, as well as the giant vegetables, followed by a lovely picnic outside for More...Fresh Air. Everyone had a fantastic day!

Here at Creggan Bahn, we were able to raise an amazing £1006.53p for Whiteley's retreat.

This is a charity run organisation which provided free respite to children and their families with illness or cancer. We were proud to present them with a well-deserved cheque, which we know will go to a good cause.

Here at Creggan Bahn, we enjoyed an afternoon of baking for More...Creativity, where those living with us made icing sugar and decorated gingerbread men.

We then enjoyed showing off our beautiful designs for everyone to see. Afterwards, we shared our gingerbread men with everyone - they went down a treat!

Here at Creggan Bahn, we spent a full week celebrating Ruby’s 100th birthday. On Tuesday she had a very special party in the golden room. The room was well decorated and our talented kitchen staff provided a very special and elegant birthday cake. This amazing lady was treated like royally and was proud to show off her telegram from the king. She also received a lovely family canvas and a personalised framed newsletter from 1925. Ruby had a fantastic time with friends, family, and people living with us.

On Thursday she then enjoyed going on the tri bikes, whereby she proudly displayed her 100th balloons for all to see while enjoying More...Fresh Air.

On Friday we finished off the week by inviting Ricky Devine to perform. Ricky sang some Irish songs personally selected by Ruby, we all enjoyed singing and dancing along with Ruby on her special week. Ricky finished off his performance by singing happy birthday
to an amazing and special lady. Ruby had a magical week and looks amazing for 100.

On the 20th June, we held our Annual Garden Party here at Creegan Bahn Court. The weather was on our side as the sun was shining. Our theme this year was Victory in Europe, focusing on 40's and 50's music and games.

We started our day by enjoying some outdoor games and More...Fresh Air (including pick up sticks and marble games), followed by a delicious BBQ. Queen Margaret Academy then joined us and sang some lovely old-time war songs; it was an emotional and magical moment for all.

We then all enjoyed taking part in the raffle and were able to raise a fantastic amount (1003.53) for Whiteley's retreat.

We then finished off the day by enjoying a sing along by Tartan Tenor. It was a fantastic day enjoyed by many. We would like to thank everyone that donated towards the raffle and the charity, it was much appreciated. We look forward to presenting Whiteleys with their well-deserved cheque.

A huge thanks to The Coo Shed for their kind donations to our garden project. Katie, the wife of one of the people living with us, Euan, was visiting The Coo Shed and mentioned that she was buying plants for our project. Sandra (pictured) very kindly (and completely unprompted) said she would donate some plants. She disappeared and came back with a trolley full!

Her sister Alison owns the business, and they were both delighted to let us have these amazing begonias, petunias, and lobelia. Those living with us will enjoy getting More...Fresh Air out in our garden, whilst looking at all of our beautiful new plants. Thanks again.
