Anxiety doesn’t always arrive as panic.
More often, it builds quietly.
It shows up as tension in the body. Constant thinking. Fatigue. Irritability. A sense of always being on edge.
Life just starts to feel heavier.
Not because you’re weak.
Not because you’re broken.
But because something has been carried for a long time.
Understanding that changes things.
I’ve written a book about this.
It’s called The Rucksack You Carry.
It’s now live as an ebook.
