A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where you are immersed in soothing sound waves created by instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. During the session, you’ll either lie down or sit comfortably while the we play these instruments. The sound waves help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Many clients find that sound baths improve mental clarity, reduce anxiety, and support emotional healing. It’s a wonderful way to achieve a state of calm and balance.

During a Reiki training weekend, you will learn about Reiki, a form of energy healing. The training is typically divided into levels, with Level 1 and Level 2 being the most common. Here’s what usually happens:

1. Introduction: The weekend will begin with an introduction to Reiki, its history, and principles.

2. Attunements: Reiki training involves receiving attunements which will open and align your energy channels, enabling you to channel Reiki energy.

3. Learning Techniques: you will be taught various hand positions for channeling energy, both for self-healing and for healing others.

4. Practice: you will practice giving and receiving Reiki on yourselves and each other. This hands-on experience is crucial for developing the skills.

5. Theory: we will cover Reiki principles, ethics, and how it can be integrated into daily life.

6. Certification: At the end of the training, you will receive a certificate for the level completed, acknowledging your ability to perform Reiki.

7. Q&A: There’s usually time for questions and discussions throughout the training.
