In March, we have 2 events that offer different ways to calm and soothe your nervous system and transform how you feel.
✨ On 7th March, we will explore mindful meditation and cultivate our awareness to begin making meaningful changes to our habits of thinking/doing. This is for anyone, including complete beginners; all you need is an openness and willingness to explore this life changing practice.
❤ On 13th March, our yoga and soundbath event returns. With 1 hour of grounding yoga, followed by 1 hour soundbath with Resonate with Hope proves a very special way to end the week. People have experienced an overall sense of calm, improved sleep, but also the cleansing quality of the sound vibrations. Every time you practice it is different, depending on what you need.
