Yoga is practiced on and off the mat; yoga is not about being able to touch your toes or stand on your head; it is about connection. In my classes you will reconnect with the body and mind to improve your overall well being through asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) and mindful meditation. Testimonials:

In March, we have 2 events that offer different ways to calm and soothe your nervous system and transform how you feel.
✨ On 7th March, we will explore mindful meditation and cultivate our awareness to begin making meaningful changes to our habits of thinking/doing. This is for anyone, including complete beginners; all you need is an openness and willingness to explore this life changing practice.
❤ On 13th March, our yoga and soundbath event returns. With 1 hour of grounding yoga, followed by 1 hour soundbath with Resonate with Hope proves a very special way to end the week. People have experienced an overall sense of calm, improved sleep, but also the cleansing quality of the sound vibrations. Every time you practice it is different, depending on what you need.

We recognise you might like to come along to a weekly class but stepping onto a yoga mat without any experience of the practice can feel daunting. It can be a barrier to beginning this beautiful, transformational practice.

This 4 week course will provide you with the confidence to join the right weekday class for you. You will also receive a free pre recorded meditation to practice at home.

Myself and Caroline will share the teaching so that you can experience different teaching styles.

JANUARY
The beginning of a space we are yet to know how it will unfold.

We can be forgiven for thinking that we should know how and what 2026 will hold for us.

We might think that we should feel changed now we are in a brand new year.

But maybe we let the light in slowly.

Allow the natural unfolding of the year ahead.

This month sit between a space of reflection for 2025 and the potential for 2026.

January is the perfect time to enjoy the stillness of winter, whilst being excited about our intentions for the year.

If we take time in January to lean into the space of potential, we can then move into the year with clear, positive, purposeful action.

This along with it being the month I was born, makes it a great month ❤️✨✨

REST.
I'm feeling a little under the weather today, probably because there has been a lot on recently and the nervous system can only take so much.
I am well enough to do some things on my work and family to do list, but REST is my priority today.
Because without me, I can't be there to teach my beautiful community, nor be present for my family.

So I am in bed.
No guilt.
Just surrender.

It is always special to hold an event

For the last 2 years we have taken an afternoon out before the end of year celebrations to restore our system.

Completely dedicated to rest, release and self care. Conserving our energy, and leaning into stillness and quiet.

Being able to sit with myself in this shape has taught me how to be, and how I respond during times of challenge.

✨At first my initial response was to get out of it, resist and ultimately tighten up. Once met with challenge I would want to avoid. Being afforded the time and space to lean into this shape meant I was able to move beyond the initial response and settle into a space where I could be challenged both physically, and emotionally and yet connect to a sense of peace, stillness and confidence.

As a new teacher I would approach other people's challenge in a similar way, maybe moving people out of shapes before the real practice began.
✨I have grown in confidence as a teacher and I now feel it's my duty to give everyone chance to be in their bodies for longer, to explore, enquire and ultimately learn more about themselves in moments of stillness, challenge, movement and rest.

When I feel the pull to move people on, I am consciously taking an extra few deep breaths beforehand. So much can be learned in those extra breaths. ❤️
