Don't get caught out, let nature take care of you. ❤️

Feeling run down and under the weather?

A free and easy way to help your immune system and start fighting back.

Pine needles are packed with vitamin c and help to naturally improve our immune system. If you're feeling under the weather you'll feel much better after a pine and honey (optional) cuppa 🍵

What you'll need:

● A pine tree (pull off from healthy green shoots) they'll come away easy by the handful.
● Raw Honey (Optional but very beneficial)
● Tea strainer

Wash your pine needles a few times to get them as clean as possible with COLD WATER.
Keep washing them in a bowl of water until no debris is floating to the surface.
Rip your needles up a bit or crush them, once steeping I tend to leave it to sit in hot water for about 10-15 minutes.

Once strained you can add a spoonful of honey for extra goodness and start feeling better asap 🤒

L-theanine is an amino acid found mainly in green tea. It’s widely used for relaxation, focus, and stress support.
