New research (a meta-analysis so the best type of research there is!), supports the role of Vitamin D in reducing COVID-19 related deaths!

It surprises me how few people in the UK realise that the government recommends everyone take Vitamin throughout winter. Recommendations suggest 400iu but up to 2000iu a day is deemed safe for most people, according to the evidence base, from now until early March.

Covid-19 is doing the rounds again so what better time to stock up!

A client first told me about this years ago and the tools and exercises in it sounded great. At the time I didn't buy one but was recently reminded about it by another coaching client.

Like many ADHD individuals, I'm skeptical of planner's as I always start out with the best intentions before getting bored, overwhelmed by the pressure of whats in the pages, or forgetting they exist entirely.

The Anti-planner is different. It's specifically designed to help you get un-stuck and achieve what you plan by providing suggestions for tools and exercises when you're struggling with different causes of stuckness (not a word but I'm using it anyway).

Getting the day off to a good start when you have chronic fatigue and ADHD is pretty tricky, as you never quite know what it's going to throw at you.

I've spent years playing around with supplements, breakfast and morning routines and at the minute, here's what's working for me.

I also go for a quick 10-minute walk around the park, that I am fortunate enough to live right next to, whilst trying to be mindful and take in my surroundings.

When I do this, my mood, energy and mental clarity is so much better, all day.

This is a key aim of the formulation of

What works for neurodivergent humans may seem odd but, as people who need to consider novelty, sensory input, physical comfort and the right environment to be our most efficient selves. It's time to ditch typical and embrace what works for you.

My most productive workspace varies across each day and week, depending on my energy, the task and how much my mind and body are invested or resisting the task. Sometimes sitting on the sofa with my favourite low engagement tv in the background is super productive, while sitting at a desk is painful and inefficient.
