Getting the day off to a good start when you have chronic fatigue and ADHD is pretty tricky, as you never quite know what it's going to throw at you.
I've spent years playing around with supplements, breakfast and morning routines and at the minute, here's what's working for me.
I also go for a quick 10-minute walk around the park, that I am fortunate enough to live right next to, whilst trying to be mindful and take in my surroundings.
When I do this, my mood, energy and mental clarity is so much better, all day.
