**Appreciation post**

Thank you so much to those who have stuck with me. Thank you for the laughs, the hot mess moments and the total chaos.

Stoneyburn class has been giving me such joy and having been in the position where I thought I would need to cancel the class.

Numbers have been up and they have been really down 2 one week which isn’t sustainable for me. But if we want this to continue there needs to be numbers over 5.

As we head to the summer break we will have 4 weeks off I want to thank each of you for coming. And I hope to see you next week and then 6th August where we start again.

Michelle. - I hope your wrist heals quickly I miss your energy

Ellie - can’t wait to see your gorgeous face back on the floor

Liz- I miss your chat it’s been ages

So i am hoping to see you back ASAP

Lynn - you make each week a total riot and I love that about you

Fiona - I know you aren’t on here but you are a total joy, the person who didn’t like group fitness is now up front and centre

Christina. - I love your energy and you always giving 100%

Carolyn - this would never have happened with out you.

Angie - every 2 weeks I love seeing you there

Angie - from Mondays at Stevenson College in 2012 to now you claiming that hour for you

And Kirsty the OG I bloody love that this has been your class for 18 months and you are still here giving me all your beautiful energy.

See you next week for the last one before we break up.
