SG Holistic - Sports Massage Therapies is very excited to announce that we are offering Cupping Massage from next week onwards!

It has been a busy week of training and learning some new skills to offer.

We will be posting some packages soon that offer Cupping and all the wonderful benefits it has on the body.

I also received a treatment of Cupping this weekend and I certainly feel like a new person!

✅Cupping massage uses suction cups on the skin to lift tissue, increasing blood flow, reducing inflammation, and releasing deep muscle tension. It is often used to treat back/neck pain, improve mobility, and enhance recovery by stimulating the body's natural healing processes, similar to a reverse deep tissue massage.
