As a member & consultant for 15 years I keep things real. 😊
Losing weight isn’t always easy but it’s definitely worth it .💪
Back from a brilliants week holiday, home with excess baggage 6lb weight gain, feeling tried , sluggish and suffering from indigestion, mouth ulcers and headache from hell all due to over indulgence on food & alcohol 🤦‍♀️
It was great at the time but back on the slimming world plan since yesterday and already feeling the benefits .
If you’ve had a holiday or a summer of over indulgence the secret is to get back to your group

Hey guys,just a quick message as i noticed i haven’t seen some of you in group for the last couple of weeks. I know and completely understand that sometimes other things that are more important come up ( I know I’ve been there too) and sometimes it means our weight loss can take a back seat but I just wanted to let you know that no matter what has happened since the last time i saw you
We are still behind you 100% to help you get to your target 💕
