💫 Appreciation Post 💫

This morning started in a way that made me want to cancel everything and retreat back to bed. But thanks to my incredible clients, I’m ending the day with a smile on my face and a full heart.

The past four years have been incredibly challenging for so many reasons. Through it all—whether I was forgetful, overwhelmed, or simply not at my best—you’ve stood by me. You’ve seen me through the hard days and celebrated the good ones.

To all of you, both in the UK and Sweden, thank you for your unwavering support and kindness. You truly make what I do so rewarding. ⭐️

💫Poll Tension💫
Did you know that poll tension can seriously impact your horse's neck function and performance? 🐴😥

Tension in the poll area can lead to stiffness, discomfort, and even behavioral issues. It restricts their movement and flexibility, affecting their overall performance and well-being. Regular check-ups and proper care are essential to keep your horse comfortable and at their best! 🏇💪

Common symptoms of poll tension include:

🦄 Head Tossing: Frequent or excessive head movement.
🦄 Stiff Neck: Difficulty bending or flexing the neck.
🦄Resistance to Bridling: Reluctance to accept the bridle or bit.
🦄Ear Sensitivity: Reacting strongly to touch around the ears.
🦄 Difficulty in Turning: Trouble with lateral movements or bending during riding.
🦄Head Shaking: Constant or repetitive head shaking.
🦄 Pain or Discomfort: General signs of discomfort, such as pinning ears or biting.
🦄 Poor Performance: Decreased performance in activities like jumping or dressage.
🦄 Behavioral Changes: Irritability or resistance during training or handling.
🦄 Muscle Atrophy: Visible loss of muscle mass around the poll and neck area.

If you notice any of these signs, it's important to consult a veterinarian or equine Manual therapist for a thorough examination and appropriate treatment.

Ever wondered why horses wiggle their muzzles when you massage or scratch them? 🐴✨

It's their way of showing they love it! Just like us, horses enjoy a good scratch and it helps relieve itchiness. Their muzzle wiggle is a sign of pure bliss! 💆‍♂️💖

Keep scratching and keep your horses happy! 🥕🐎
