A bit about me

My name is Jason Beggs, I trained with the Clifton Practice and I have a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

All client information and correspondence will be treated with the strictest of confidence

My background is in retail, I have 25 years of experience in retail having spent 17 years as a store manager. I’m a great believer in personal development, in 2010 I completed both Practitioner and Master Practitioner training in NLP. In 2013 I completed Trainer’s Training in NLP.

Hypnosis is part of NLP training and I developed an interest in Hypnotherapy as a result of this. In 2017 I started my training in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, this approach to therapy includes elements of NLP, CBT, Neuroscience and of course hypnotic trance, trance is a very natural state of mind and we go in and out of trance many times each day, when driving, watching television and daydreaming are examples a trance state.

Hypnotherapy is a safe, powerful psychotherapeutic tool which can be used to break the negative cycle of depression and anxiety. It can help with addictions, anger, blood pressure, weight control, lack of confidence, insomnia, IBS, relationship/marital difficulties, migraine, nail biting, nightmares, obsessions, panic attacks, fears, phobias, stress and many more.

Fees are as per below.

Initial Consultation Free (approximately 1 hour) – no hypnosis takes place during the initial consultation. It gives us the opportunity to meet each other in a relaxed environment to ascertain if hypnotherapy is a suitable treatment for you. It also gives me the opportunity to explain how hypnotherapy works and in what way it can help you to make the changes you want to make. As stated above there is no charge for the Initial Consultation, what have got to lose?

Follow up sessions (approximately 1 hour) – £55 each at the Source Wellbeing Centre in Belfast

Stop-smoking (One session - approximately 2 hours) - £120

I have enhanced Access NI Certificate, I’m also a member of the Afsfh (Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy)
