Week 4️⃣

This week we are using the therabands and will be working on shoulder stability - not my favourite thing 😬 but great for posture!

First class of the week taught and this week we are working on abdominal strength. 👊

Classes start back this week. 💪😍🎉

Wednesdays and Thursday mornings are in the Green Road community Centre - just off the Green Road in Breezemount.

Thursday nights are in the Alderman George Green Community Centre - just off the Balloo Road in Rathgill.

💚 I know the Greens are confusing so please make sure you go to the right hall.

Signing off for a couple of weeks.

✅ Last class of the year finished

Thank you all so much for attending classes - I really hope you enjoy them and feel the benefit of them.

Classes are now filling up for January - two classes already full and not many spaces left in the other three classes.
