There are over 40 classes to chose from, when you sign up you have access to all of them and you can cancel whenever you want.

Classes range from 10 minutes - 30 minutes so you can choose what works best for you.

💪 Monday moves

Todays move is shoulder bridge level one - a lovely way to get all the joints in your back moving and get control of each segment of your spine. Try reaching your arms overhead as your roll up, keep them there as your roll down and you will get a nice stretch in between your shoulder blades.

✨ try 8-10 bridges slowly and with control - it will take 2 minutes and you will feel better for it!
