We’re heading down to the bar at Bangor City Stadium from 7pm tonight to watch the Welsh Cup draw live 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏆

Because of that, tonight’s session will run 7:30–8:30pm instead of the usual time.

Our first loss as a team today, and a tough day at the office for the boys.

With a depleted squad and 3–4 of our lads picking up injuries in the first half, it was always going to be an uphill battle. But every single man out there fought until the final whistle. That spirit, that togetherness, and that refusal to give in shows exactly what MenTribe is about, fighting for each other, pushing boundaries, and acting as one team. That’s a win in our books. 💚

We’ve got some huge news.

🌍⚽ WE’RE GOING TO THE WORLD CUP ⚽🌍

MenTribe FC have been officially accepted into the Mental Health World Cup, taking place at Goodison Park (Everton) in Summer 2026.

This is a massive opportunity for us to represent men’s mental health on a national and international stage. What started as a local team built around support, connection, and conversation is now heading to a World Cup.

To be able to compete, we’ve been given a fundraising target, and we’re now looking for companies and businesses who want to sponsor MenTribe FC and help get us there.

In return for sponsorship, we will:
• Promote your business or campaign across all MenTribe and MenTribe FC social media platforms
• Publicly support and thank your company throughout our journey to the World Cup
• Align your brand with a meaningful men’s mental health initiative

We want to say a huge thank you to all the lads who turn up week in, week out, your commitment, honesty, and support for one another is what makes this club what it is.

We also want to thank everyone who continues to support MenTribe. What we’re trying to do here is genuinely important, and we couldn’t do it without every single person who helps, backs us, and believes in the mission.

So thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts.
Have a Merry Christmas, enjoy some well-earned time with loved ones, and we’ll see you all in the New Year.
