This monthly class is suitable for everyone — complete beginners through to experienced practitioners. There is no strength required, no flexibility required, no effort required.

Just rest.

With the support of bolsters and blankets, soft candlelight and calming sounds, your body is guided into deep rest. This gentle practice works directly with the nervous system to reduce stress, ease tension, and create profound relaxation.

Perfect if you:
• Practise stronger or faster-paced yoga
• Are physically active during the week
• Feel mentally overloaded
• Are recovering from illness or injury

My non-negotiables for life!

Yoga of course.

But also plants🥰

I decided to treat myself yesterday, because life has been quite dull, dreary, wet & lacking colour recently. Returning to classes last week & seeing all my beautiful ladies again reminded me of the importance of beauty & joy.

Even though I know spring is happening under the soil surface, my garden really needs some colour, energy & life, especially as I work my way through some hefty garden maintenance. Those little pops of colour fuel me to get through my gardening list & move closer towards my summer vision🥰

Give me plants, composty nails & a yoga mat to lie on afterwards & I’m a happy Becky☺️

I’ll make sure my nails are scrubbed for classes this week though 😂
