Asana (postures) - a mix of held postures, flowing movements & Sun Salutations, Pranayama (breathing), Meditation, Relaxation/Yoga Nidra. A safe space for you to unwind, relax, breathe, move & release unnecessary tensions in both body and mind. Connect to your body and breath, and press pause on the busy mind chatter whilst building strength and improving mobility, balance, concentration and body awareness.
