AM2PM was founded by Anand and Soumya, who believe compassion shouldn’t be optional, but the foundation of every care experience.

Together, they are building a team where carers feel valued, supported, and proud of the vital work they do — something made possible by the dedication of the entire AM2PM team.

Anand and Soumya are supported in the office by Eunice, Radesh, Praveen, Manisha, Shobana and Shaila and from the support team, Kavitha, Harika, Vinay, Rish*tha and Sravanthi, whose commitment and expertise are fundamental to the smooth day-to-day running of the service and the high standards of care AM2PM is known for.

The office team is further supported by a wider network of dedicated carers, all working together to deliver compassionate, person-centred care to those we support.
