I’ve been feeling so inspired and can’t wait to share our next breathwork session together this April 26th & 27th, Spring Awakening Breathwork Workshops. With the theme, Letting Go & Creating Space for the New!

💫Today is the last day of the early bird discount so it’s a great time to book💫

This 60-minute session is all about releasing fear, doubt, and limitations. We will be letting go of what no longer serves us so we can create space for something new.

Join me as we create a space of stillness and dive deep within, reconnecting with both our inner world and the external energy of Spring. As we breathe, we move energy, awaken the body, and step into more freedom and joy.

We will also use our bodies to invite movement, allowing energy to flow more freely and deepening our connection to ourselves.

You are invited to join me for a deep internal connection as we share our stories and experiences of coming home to ourselves. Together, we can feel energized and uplifted in the most grounded way.

This session will be a little different from previous ones, and I can’t wait for you to experience the magic of the breath in a whole new way!

When Overwhelm is Real…

Lately, I’ve been feeling it. When the mind is racing, anxiety is high, and everything feels too much. Instead of pushing through or pretending I’m okay, I’ve allowed myself to sit with it. To feel it. To acknowledge that sometimes, life is just heavy.

What’s been helping? Movement, breath, and walking. Not in a perfectly curated way, but in the raw, real, messy way that connects me back to my body. Shaking, dancing, moving, allowing energy to shift. Breathwork like Breath of Joy (if you have attended my last recent workshops you’ll be familiar with this breath technique) has given me the oxygen and vitality I’ve needed, lifting me out of the fog.

So, what is Breath of Joy? It’s an energizing breath practice that combines movement with rhythmic breathing to boost your mood, increase oxygen levels, and shake off stagnant energy.

Try this:
1️⃣ Inhale one-third through the nose, sweeping your arms forward.
2️⃣ Inhale another third, sweeping your arms out to the sides.
3️⃣ Inhale fully, lifting your arms overhead.
4️⃣ Exhale through the mouth with a big “HA!”, folding forward.
✨ Repeat a few rounds and notice the shift!

I’m not here to say I have it all figured out. But I am here to remind you: you don’t have to pretend you’re okay or push yourself beyond your limits. Honor where you are. Support yourself in the ways that feel good to you.

🌸Celebrating Mother’s Day with Love, Breath & Rest🌸

I’m sat in my chair, reflecting on the day. I’m taking a moment to breathe, to pause, and to simply be. The house is quieter now, and I’m letting my mind and body settle into the stillness.

Today, I’m thinking of my mum, what she’d make of me, my family, and the life I’ve built. There’s sadness that she’s not here by my side, but also deep gratitude. Gratitude for the love she gave me, for the lessons she left behind, and for the life I get to live.

I’ve also been reflecting on rest. When I was younger, rest simply meant sleep. Now, rest is about slowing down, appreciating, and truly noticing the world around me. It’s in the deep breaths, the quiet pauses, the moments of stillness where I feel most restored.

Mother’s Day can bring up all sorts of emotions, and that’s okay. However you’re spending today, I invite you to take a moment for yourself. Breathe in. Feel it. Embrace it. And exhale with love. 💛

What an incredible start to my Tuesday!

This morning, I took part in Music is Medicine with the amazing Naomi Upton Beats. Alongside Laura from LW Nature Connection, we were guided to move, dance, tap, and feel into our bodies, not for anyone else, but for ourselves.

I feel liberated, energized, and alive and I haven’t even left my house!

Naomi, you are incredible!
Thank you for creating such a powerful space. I absolutely loved this session, and you can count me in for another!
