Stress is a common part of modern life, affecting millions of people worldwide due to work pressures, personal challenges, financial concerns and more. While some stress is normal, chronic stress can lead to serious health problems, including anxiety, depression, heart disease and sleep disorders.

National Stress Awareness Day aims to encourage us all to recognise the signs of stress in our lives and to adopt healthier coping strategies.

Beat the Autumn bugs naturally ๐ŸŒฟ

Itโ€™s that time of year again: sniffles, sore throats and โ€œfreshersโ€™ fluโ€ are everywhere!

To help combat the bugs doing the rounds, I keep my diffuser running with my blend of essential oils that I call โ€™Natureโ€™s cleansing trio!'

๐ŸŒผ Hereโ€™s why I love this blend:

๐Ÿ‹ Lemon: helps to ease colds and flu because it is anti microbial, antiseptic and kills bacteria - thatโ€™s why so many cleaning products contain lemon!
๐ŸŒฟ Myrtle: its cleansing and refreshing perfume can be good for respiratory issues like colds and asthma. Its uplifting property is also said to curb self-defeating feelings
๐ŸŒฑ Thyme: known for its powerful antibacterial and immune-supporting properties, it is really good at clearing catarrh and respiratory infections

โœจ This is a lovely blend that keeps the air fresh, supports immunity and helps fight those pesky seasonal bugs. And why not add some lemongrass to the blend to boost the healing properties and your mood!
