It has been a blustery weekend here at the sauna but that didn't put anyone off!
It's lovely watching the wind patterns swirling on the lake, in the heat and comfort of the sauna

We'll be kicking off the sauna week on Tuesday 11am & 12pm with a new scent of the week Spruce a sweet forest scent 🌲🌲

Wednesday is Sauna Sisterhood Sessions 6pm & 7pm

Thursday 11am & 12pm limited availability

Friday Night Social Sauna 6pm & 7pm limited availability

Saturday & Sunday 10am, 11am, 12pm & 1pm

£15 for 50 minutes sessions

We have some availability left for this Sunday's Sauna & Swim.

The Melissa Lemon Balm scent has been going down a treat this week with many saying it's their favourite so far. It will be available tomorrow for you to try out.

Next week's scent will be Spruce, a sweet forest floral scent. Personally it is one of our favourites so we can't wait to see what you all think.

If anyone is looking to head into Barnard Castle for some food and drinks after they have been to the sauna.

We can highly recommend Marshall's for great food and a lovely atmosphere and now they are serving breakfast all day! Yeeeeasssa 😀

We can whole heartedly recommend our friend Noreen Gormally and her beautiful soundbaths.
We went to her session at Escomb and it was amazing.

She holds such a beautiful space for us and I had the best nights sleep for a very long time.
I hadn’t realised how much tension and stress I had been holding until she helped me let it go through her space and sound ❤️
