The power of a Full Moon … do you feel it ?

Appearing this evening , & shining brighter on Saturday

Her light shines upon us even if we can’t physically see her.

The more attuned you are to connecting with your soul the more you feel the power of the moon.

What we feel leading up to a Full Moon & even a feel days after can be overwhelming.
Write, write & write is what I strongly suggest. It really helps declutter the mind.
Ask yourself questions. Write them down
Ground yourself
And make sure to feel whatever emotion is wanting to be released.
Honour yourself and be gentle with yourself.
