The Process of re organising the healing cabin isnt as simple as it sounds.

There are so many more factors that come in to play.

Is it
Welcoming, comfortable, relaxing & so on.

Is everything I need accessible,
Ease to change set up accomadating different sessions.

And so much more to the detail 🙌🏼

And of course through the process lying down to check to see how my clients would feel. 😴

When I perform Reiki on my clients, my approach is usually hands-on (with certain areas hovered over for obvious and respectful reasons). As long as my clients feel comfortable and happy with hands-on contact, that’s how I work.

For me, hands-on Reiki isn’t just about energy. It’s about human connection. It’s about creating a space where someone can truly relax, receive, and feel cared for.

This is a time of closure, awakening, and gentle transformation.

Whenever there is a transition we may feel slightly out of sync, as if standing between two worlds.

One chapter ending, another waiting to begin. Trust what you feel, honour what’s being released, and stay open to what is trying to emerge within you.

To close off the Snake Cycle

🐴 Meditate - visualise the energy of what you would like to bring in.
🐴 Give thanks to what you have in your life and for all the lessons that have bought you to this point.
