Metta Bhavana meditation, also known as loving-kindness meditation.
This meditation is suitable for all levels of practice, it’s a beautiful opportunity to cultivate a vibration of love and compassion that can ripple out into the world, touching the hearts of all beings.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, connect with your heart, visualise a warm, glowing light that radiates love and kindness.
Start by offering heartfelt wishes to yourself my repeating the following words: "May I be happy, may I be healthy, may I be safe, may I be free."
Then, extend this loving-kindness to others, beginning with a close loved one, then a neutral person you may not know very well, and onto someone you may find challenging, and eventually to all beings everywhere. With each wish of love and compassion, feel a deepening sense of connection and empathy for all living beings.
By participating in this meditation together, we can collectively create a vibration of kindness and positivity that uplifts ourselves and everyone around us.
Let's spread love, compassion, and kindness wherever we go, knowing that together, we can create a world filled with warmth, understanding, and joy.
