Sarah has done a specific training course for our Menopause Support treatment. It involves a gentle massage to soothe the body and nervous system plus application of an acupressure bead for continuing help. You also get another to take home as part of a gift bag which also has some oil for either inhalation, massage or in a bath, crystals and samples.
