Join the team at Family at Heart Home Care

Are you a kind, compassionate person who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for a Care Support Worker to join our friendly, clinician-led home care team.

💙 About the Role
• Approx. 10–16 hours per week
• Zero-hour contract
• Alternative weekend working required
• Mileage paid between visits
• Supporting people in their own homes to live independently

🏡 What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing personal care and support
• Helping with daily living activities
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Supporting independence and wellbeing

✨ What We’re Looking For
• Caring and compassionate nature
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Good communication skills
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred

From fresh walls to those final finishing touches, every detail has been carefully thought through to create a warm, welcoming space. This isn’t just an office — it’s a place where care plans are built with compassion, where important conversations happen, and where our team comes together to make a difference every single day.

Family at Heart Home Care is looking for a kind, reliable Home Care Assistant to join our team!

✔ 16 hours per week
✔ Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
✔ Previous home care experience desirable

You’ll be supporting clients in their own homes with personal care, meal prep, medication support, light domestic tasks, and companionship.
