Feeling rough with a tummy bug? These gentle natural remedies can help:

• Ginger or peppermint tea 🌱 to calm nausea
• Small sips of fluids 💧 (water + pinch of salt + bit of honey, or coconut water)
• Bland foods 🍌🍞 like bananas, rice, toast, applesauce
• Lemon water 🍋 for a soothing boost
• Rest and warmth 🛌🔥 — a hot water bottle can ease cramps

Today I’ve gone sweet with Jamie’s Mini Protein Bars! These little treats keep for up to a week in the fridge, or you can freeze them for up to 3 months ❄️🍫
I’m not usually a dark‑chocolate lover (milk chocolate all the way 😅), but I stuck with the dark chocolate for this recipe… and I have to admit, it really hits the sweet spot 😍✨
I’ll pop my version in the comments for anyone who wants to try it.

🥕✨ Recipe of the Day – Carrot & Sweet Potato Fritters
A gorgeous little veggie lunch today, inspired by Jamie Oliver’s Eat Yourself Healthy and tweaked to our taste 🌱💛
I fried carrot & sweet potato with a spritz of olive oil until golden and crispy, added a warm hit of ras el hanout 🌶️, and served it with a creamy spinach, chickpea & tahini dip.
Topped with feta 🧀 and a fried egg 🍳, it was simple, nourishing, and properly satisfying.
A couple of notes for anyone giving it a go:
• The tahini–spinach dip makes loads — I’d halve the ingredients next time 🥣😉
• I also realised I forgot the “extra ras el hanout to serve” bit… oops! 😂
• The portion size was huge for me, so if you’ve got a big appetite, this one’s a winner 🍽️💪

Definitely earning a regular spot on our menu.
