They are designed to hold a safe space using sound that is created by different instruments that work with your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual state of mind. Sound Baths are a unique way of relaxing, going inward and healing on more than just a physical level. The use of sound is becoming wider known as a medium to help maintain health and wellbeing, including the regeneration of our bodily blue print on every level, including physically. Scientists and researchers from the college of sound healing, also BAST have been working for over twenty years on the positive affects of sound on the human system. After so much work there have been some positive results, and people feel generally more balanced when using this method of therapy regularly. You will need to bring mat, pillow and blanket as you will be laying down and I will be taking you on a meditative journey using Hymilayan bowls, voice, crystal bowls and grounding tools. individual experiences will be unique to you and will often be an experience in relation to what your body, mind and spirit need at the time.
