Our Story
For many many years , I have been providing care within the local community of Devon . My Journey began as a part time carer and through hardwork and passion I progressed to care co ordinator, supervisor,branch manager and eventually Operations manager overseeing four branches across Devon.
Throughout my career, one thing has remained at the heart of everything I do - ensuring that every client is cared for as if they were family. It has always been my mission that every individual feels valued, respected and truly cared for.
Working in the care sector also opened my eyes to another essential truth: the wellbeing and recognition of care staff are just as important as the care we provide.
In 2021 I met with my now business partner Mr Webber a successful entrepreneur who shared my vision and enthusiasm. After discussing my business plan and our shared values our partnership began.
We opened our doors in 2022 and since then we have continued to grow, building an exceptional reputation within the local community. Our outstanding team , many who have worked alongside me for many years have been the cornerstone of our success.
Today more than ever we remain committed to shining in the care sector delivering care to the highest of quality and showing sincere appreciation to our incredible team who make a difference in peoples lifes.

At Trusted Care, experience matters and we have this in abundance. Our dedicated staff bring years of hands on expertise, delivering exceptional personal centred services to clients with a wide range of disabilities, physical health conditions and mental health needs.

We offer
A personal tailored care plan where we write together making you feel empowered to express you choices and wishes.

We choose a small care team so you can grow trust and confidence

All staff are introduced to you face to face and shown your care

You have your named supervisor who will support you through your journey

The manager is always available to speak/ visit you if you wish her to do so , often working in the community alongside her team.

For the most vulnerable we provide a free Red client visit weekly to check on your well being.

We have a food bank for anyone who is struggling

We have a folder in your home so you are involved in everything we do.

We will be returning to Great Torrington to provide care in the community in the new year. I provided care for many years with my old company for the local community and I can’t wait to support them again with Trusted Care .

Am 7-2 PM 4-9 but can be discussed.
Something of an alternative weekend is required.
Driving licence preferred for this run

We pay shift pay - all gaps paid
Part time / Full time - shifts vary depending on your availability and are paid £13 per hour weekdays and £14 weekends.

You will complete the Care certificate and be offered 12 months exceptional training to support you in your role.

In depth induction , shadowing and introductions to all the clients you will care for and continuing support by our supervisors and manager.

A lovely friendly team who will support you on your journey

Bonuses , star of the month , regular team gatherings to team build and celebrate your hard work.

Such a busy time at Trusted Care. Staff meetings started last week with management starting Christmas planning, meetings continue this week to plan for carers schedules 🤗
Clients Christmas presents arrived!
Website half way through completion .
Our lovely Carla has settled into our office team and lovely Aimee is doing well on her new career journey with us.
Fantastic times with a great team 🥰

It’s review time again at Trusted Care. We regularly meet our clients and ask them how our care services are meeting their needs and how we can improve.

I cannot speak highly enough regarding the care in which my mum now receives, she has settled amazingly with Trusted care. We can now feel at ease as we know she’s in safe hands.

We are very happy with Trusted care , I live 4 hours away so I put all my trust in this exceptional team. Your communication is excellent and I know my mum is being looked after.

I love seeing my carers smiley faces each morning they make my day !

I cannot speak highly enough about Trusted Care , all their staff are so helpful and caring .

I know my mum is in the best hands now. They introduce all their staff to my mum which we’ve never had before and they sent her a birthday card . It’s nice to have people who really care and treat my mum as an individual ❤️

Thank you to all our staff who have worked in this awful weather today. You are appreciated for all you do ! Your clients appreciate you walking through the door , as many ,you are the only person they see , for many they don’t get out of bed , eat , drink or get their medication without you 🤗. So taking off those soggy trousers, socks and wet shoes just remember you are amazing 🤗
