Delivering care in the local area for nearly 30 years with a management team with extensive training in all areas.

Covering Barnstaple , Fremington, Yelland , Town , Newport , Whindon Vally , Landkey , Swimbridge, SouthMolton , North Molton , Forches , Gorwell .

At Trusted Care, experience matters and we have this in abundance. Our dedicated staff bring years of hands on expertise, delivering exceptional personal centred services to clients with a wide range of disabilities, physical health conditions and mental health needs.

We offer
A personal tailored care plan where we write together making you feel empowered to express you choices and wishes.

We choose a small care team so you can grow trust and confidence

All staff are introduced to you face to face and shown your care

You have your named supervisor who will support you through your journey

The manager is always available to speak/ visit you if you wish her to do so , often working in the community alongside her team.

For the most vulnerable we provide a free Red client visit weekly to check on your well being.

We have a food bank for anyone who is struggling

We have a folder in your home so you are involved in everything we do.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas 🎅🏼

This week we have started to give our clients their Christmas gifts . Sometimes our small gift is all they get and the happy smile off our amazing carers on Christmas Day 😇

On Saturday we hold our Christmas party to thank all our staff for all their hard work and dedication over the holiday period.

We are fully staffed 🎉with 3 new staff starting their training this week.

We have 2 successful new starters who have settled within the last couple of months and are shining .
Joining our strong team of 50 carers .

However we have our new exciting venture returning to Great Torrington in January 🎉 Applications now being taken.

We have a growing waiting list in Barnstaple of clients wanting to come across to Trusted Care .🎉

We have a great success training people who have no experience ,with an amazing team behind us we can support you if you’re new to care.

If you’re experienced we may have everything you need. Our full time staff work 14 days a month . Long weekends off Friday , Saturday and Sunday alternating weeks.

We pay shift pay , all gaps paid.
We pay £13per hour weekdays and £14 hour weekends increasing in 2026 🎉

Am and pm shifts

Something of an alternative weekend is required.
Driving licence preferred for this run

Come and join an outstanding care team making differences to peoples lives everyday.

We pay shift pay - all gaps paid
Part time / Full time - shifts vary depending on your availability and are paid £13 per hour weekdays and £14 weekends.
( pay increases 2026)

You will complete the Care certificate and be offered 12 months exceptional training to support you in your role.

In depth induction , shadowing and introductions to all the clients you will care for and continuing support by our supervisors and manager.

A lovely friendly team who will support you on your journey

Bonuses , star of the month , regular team gatherings to team build and celebrate your hard work.
