Today we are holding our end of summer party to thank our staff for their hard work this summer.
They work hard all year round , but summer has extra pressures to allow everyone to have a well earned break and often family life to juggle to.

We pay shift pay - shifts vary depending on your availability and are paid £13 per hour weekdays and £14 weekends.

You will complete the Care certificate and be offered 12 months exceptional training to support you in your role.

In depth induction , shadowing and introductions to all the clients you will care for and continuing support by our supervisors and manager.

A lovely friendly team who will support you on your journey

Bonuses , star of the month , regular team gatherings to team build and celebrate your hard work.

Co ordinator / on call operator
Due to our sucess we are looking for an amazing person to join our team to work in the office .

This position is temporary but could be permanent for the right candidate.

You need
A good sense of humour

To be strong but caring to our clients and staff

Care background , to be able to understand our business

Be able to complete a huge puzzle each week! Rotas are not for the faint hearted

The Job

To complete one area rotas each week
To ensure carers are seeing their regular clients

To speak to our clients and carers and offer support

To take part in an on call rota , this will involve alternate weekends

9- 13.00 Monday - Friday wk 1/3

9-13 .00 Monday -

We have an exciting opportunity become available in South Molton.

This is a lovely little run around south Molton and two clients in North Molton.

We pay shift pay , £13 an hour week days and £14 weekends.

Shifts are paid 7-14 and 16.00 until 21.00

You will be working with a lovely small team in this area.

We provide
Free DBS
Free training
Free uniform
Shadowing will take place , so you meet all your clients and their routines before you start alone
Excellent training
Supportive supervisor who comes and supports you in the community.
