Could I ask a little favour, I don't ever do this stuff. But it's for my son.

His school is trying to raise a bit of money and he has been sent a task to sit quiet for 26 minutes! As you can imagine; for the task set, it clearly is a challenge ha.

But, this is more to help my son feel like he is able to do good things and raise money, which will hopefully prime him to want to do more good stuff for others like this.

Even a Β£1 will make him feel good and also give to a great school

You train a dog to sit, roll and listen.

You can train your mind and body to stop craving unhealthy stuff and more of the good stuff,

You can train your mind and body to enjoy fitness and to want to do it regularly.

It doesn't happen over night, but if you spend the time to do it, it will be the best gift that you could give yourself.

No one else is going to lift the weights for you, so if you don't, don't expect to change

This Saturday!10am start. at Ciento Gym Barnstaple Come along if you want to have a fun fitness session.

Free if you are a member, only Β£2 if you are not.

This Saturday we have a fitness session called Beat Roy.

Who is 73 year old and we all aspire to be as fit as Roy at that age, and if you are not as fit as him now then it is a tale tale for later in life.

It's not a serious session, it will be a fun session.

Quick one for anyone who loves sweet snacks πŸ‘‡

You don't need Willpower, just better options.

This is a healthy banana bread 🍌

Ingredients (real food only):
β€’ 3 ripe bananas
β€’ 3 eggs
β€’ 150g Greek yogurt
β€’ 60g honey
β€’ 200g oats (blended into flour)
β€’ 1 tsp cinnamon
β€’ 1 tsp baking powder
β€’ Handful of raisins

How to make it:
1️⃣ Mash bananas
2️⃣ Add 3 eggs, yogurt & honey
3️⃣ Mix in oat flour, cinnamon & baking powder
4️⃣ Fold in raisins
5️⃣ Bake at 180Β°C for 45–50 mins

That’s it.
No fake stuff.
No overthinking.

Just something sweet that actually keeps you full.

Finished the week off with a session called.

Decathlon session at Ciento Gym

There is 10 exercises, with X amount of reps or distances to the exercises and it doesn't matter which order you do it in.

And the aim is to do as much as you can in the time frame.

Anyone can do it.

In our morning class I was able to capture a few members who have been with us over a year or more.

And all of them have achieved things whilst with us.

With multiple mission unbreakable, losing insane amounts of weights, multiple fitness challenges, even down to being able to do push-ups, which was never on the horizon before.

Thanks for being great members and to all the other members too.
