Day 34 - 50lb lighter challenge.

This week has been a bad week. So I have to analase where I am going wrong and create a plan to make sure I don't next week.

The aim was to be in the 170lb bracket by Sunday (today) I'm still sitting around 186lbs.

Now currently my sticking points are the weekend and I've got a plan to make sure I am in the 170lbs bracket by next Sunday.

I very open and honest with you so you guys can relate. As we all know, weight loss is hard and if you want proper results, you have to re train your body, prepare to sacrifice and then reap the rewards.

It's very easy to lose weight though the week, but it is also easy to put it all back on within a day or two.

So if you are not willing to Sacrifice, the want becomes the sacrifice.

Just remember, there is suffering in every little bit of beauty.

You see a lot of people are too nervous and afraid to start fitness or join a gym.

As the feel intimated, or they are too unfit and won't be able to keep up, or too over weight and feel like they will be out of place.

But the right gym will make you feel welcomed right from the very beginning.

And as soon as you take that step, you will wonder, why didn't you do it sooner.

Well this isn't on the plan! 🤦🏻‍♂️

So, I'm on a mission to drop 50lbs. And the aim was to be in the 170lbs bracket by Sunday and if I did, then I could have a treat.

I haven't hit it yet and became weak! And ended up caving into this! Along with the Costa hot chocolate and cake from the The Binge Box earlier! That was unreal!

Now this is where most people say ahh it's alright, but it isn't really because it's making me get back to where I started last week and lose all the progression of this week 🙈

However, no point in crying about it.

So, tomorrow I'll have to counteract it with a swim in Woolacombe and a lot less food!

Plus, what kinda personal trainer knows their local Chinese number off by heart! 🙈

If you’re not happy right now, here’s something powerful you can do today.

Grab a bit of paper. Draw a line straight down the middle.

On the left side, write down everything that’s making you unhappy right now. Be real with yourself; no one’s going to see it.

Example:
My weight
No money
Can’t sleep
Where I live
My neighbour's kid
Not having a partner

Now, on the right side, next to each one, write down what would make it better, and make it clear and measurable.

You can't just put 'lose weight'; it's too broad, and there is no finish line to it.

Example:
My weight → Lose 5 stone
No money → Make £5,000
Can’t sleep → Sleep 8 hours a night
Where I live → Move
My friends → Cut them off
My neighbour’s kid → Speak to the parents and set boundaries
Not having a partner → Go on 4 dates a month

Then once you’ve got that done, take it one step further.

Underneath, write out what you need to do to make each one happen.

For example:

Lose 5 stone → Join a gym, plan my meals, track calories, get accountability.
Make £5,000 → Learn a skill, start a side business, cut out wasted spending.

If you don't know what to do then your plan of action will be something like this.

Can't sleep - Speak to a sleeping expert and learn what I need to do and do it.

It sounds simple, but this task can change how you see your life.

It turns problems into targets, and targets into a plan.
Because once something has a number next to it, It’s no longer a wish.
It’s a goal. And goals can be achieved.

And this alone will make you happier because it helps you open a light to the end of a tunnel and it gives you a bit of motivation to make yourself happier.

Of course it won't be easy, but achieving anything great is never easy to achieve.

Every adventure starts with a step.
