I just wanted to let you all know that I now have a new cancellation policy in place. I’ve always tried to avoid strict measures, as I genuinely understand what it’s like to be a client and that life can be unpredictable.

However, today alone I’ve had two last-minute cancellations, which can really affect how I run my small business.

This new policy will apply to all new bookings moving forward, and it’s simply to help me manage my time and appointments more efficiently.
