This was my attempt making Christmas dinnerFor me and my dogs48 hr slow cooked ninja beef having been massaged. In stock...

This was my attempt making Christmas dinner
For me and my dogs

48 hr slow cooked ninja beef having been massaged. In stock, carrots, potatoes, onions, brussells for flavour

2kg lean chicken fillet, slow cooked 24 hours within the beef stock

Pork loin with the crackling infused with maple syrup, honey and some salt flakes rub in to the cuts, oven 200c 45 mins, oven then blew up, so a further 35 mins 180c ninja bake mode

Pigs in blankets consisting of maple and cheese infused sausages, wrapped in smoked streaky bacon, bake mode Ninja 15 mins 180c, then air fried 5 mins

Chestnut, bacon, sage stuffing Ninja bake mode 15 mins 210c

Parr boiled 7 mins parslips, then applied honey and grill mode ninja 5 mins

Roast potatoes: parr boiled 7 mins, then rolled in goose fat and then rolled in ground Oxo cubes

And cranberry and apple sauces

Gym Closed today . So today's training areaA real mud bath out there. Perfect for the dogs, but tough running out here ...
