Iโ€™ve had a little break from bookings this month for some much needed R&R but Iโ€™ll be available again from next week. A big thank you to all my regular clients who rescheduled during this time๐Ÿค

Just a little updateโ€ฆ
Hello everyone, just a little message to say Iโ€™m still here despite my silence. Anyone who knows me knows how poor I am with posting on social media.
Iโ€™ve been a little busy the last few months, with undertaking 2 house renovations alongside my full time job and my little aesthetic business slowly growing! On that note I recently graduated with my MSc Advanced Clinical Practice, working full time as an Advanced Critical Care Practitioner (advanced nurse practitioner, specialised for the intensive care unit). I work alongside anaesthetists to conduct assessments of the most critically ill patients, formulate plans of care and perform invasive procedures for our patients. In undertaking this masters Iโ€™ve completed level 7 modules in non-medical prescribing and clinical examination. This knowledge allows me to provide safe, evidence based and patient-centred treatments to all you lovely lot๐Ÿฅฐ
We have now started work on converting the garage at the new house into a home clinic for my clients, which Iโ€™m hoping should be all finished for Christmas. As usual, if youโ€™re needing any appointments reach out, Iโ€™m hereโ˜บ๏ธ

Microneedling is a process called collagen induction therapy (CIT) - the skins ability to repair itself. Iโ€™m super excited by this one as Iโ€™ve been Microneedling regularly for a while now and the difference it has made to my skin tone/texture and pore size is incredible. Anyone who knows me knows how much effort and time goes into my skincare routine, as I suffered horrendously with my skin as a teenager.
By Microneedling you create micro-injuries in the skin, triggering the bodyโ€™s natural healing process, revealing fresher, newer looking skin.
Serums are used throughout the treatment, targeted to your skin concerns. Applying creams and serums on your face may succeed to moisturise the outer layer of dead skin, but no pe*******on takes place to the living part of the skin. The active molecules are simply too big to pass through the ultra protective epidermis layer. What are Polyneucleotides? PNโ€™s are chains of nucleotides, which are essentially the building blocks that make up our DNA, derived from trout/salmon DNA.
