We have carefully selected our products to incorporate into our treatments and each draws on the traditional methods of using Ayurveda- the science of life, focusing on your energy centers known as chakras to bring about total equilibrium. We can help alleviate your symptoms and pain caused by underlying conditions such as sciatica, frozen shoulder, rheumatic pain, help ease digestive issues, emotional stress and help with anxiety, headaches and other conditions such as fibromyalgia. A relaxed atmosphere, subdued lighting and the lovely scent of the pure essences creates a place of total tranquility to help reduce the impact of stresses and strains of daily life. In the case of a no show 50% of the treatment price will be charged.

Hi! I’m Tara Linkowska HdipCT, 36, mFHT. My journey as a holistic therapist has been shaped by curiosity, life, and learning 🌸. Over 13 years, I’ve built my own practice and worked in 4- & 5-star spas ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, all while raising two wonderful children 👩‍👧‍👦.

My education spans five years of college study, stand-alone qualifications in Anatomy & Physiology, Sociology, and Business & Customer Relations, and ongoing CPD 📚 — giving me the knowledge to combine science, psychology, and professional skills in every session.

Hands-on, I’ve trained in advanced massage techniques (trigger point therapy, myofascial release, MET, ROM), energy-based therapies like Reiki and chakra work, and treatments including Himalayan salt stone massage, gua sha facials, hydrotherapy, body wraps, stone therapy, and aromatherapy blends 💆‍♀️✨to name but a few!

A pivotal moment in my journey was losing my father at 19. This led me to su***de prevention training, which deepened my empathy and understanding of human resilience, shaping the way I support clients emotionally as well as physically 💛.

I’ve also learned empathy and patience from my own mum, who lives with fibromyalgia 💛, and inspiration from my mother-in-law in Poland 🇵🇱, a professional therapist in physiotherapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, and chiropractic care.

Thousands of hours of hands-on experience and a lifelong commitment to learning have taught me that therapy is about connection, trust, and empowering the whole person — body, mind, and spirit 🌿💫.
