Was an inspiration to me as I grew to learn and love the game in the early 2000's and loved watching him cause havoc around the pitch!

Right on my doorstep. Two of Irelands four training bases right here in the Cardiff area. What an opportunity for the Irish living and working in and around the region to go see there stars.

There's also another team, who play in black, supposed to be decent...name escapes me now, errr....anyways, going to be situated here too!!!

But its all about the Boys in Green.

Another fantastic morning and beautiful weather to train 2 of my clients in.

Near end of the session and you can tell....laughs all round, but not before sweat, tears and alot of hardwork from a high intensity cardio workout.

Some of the exercises used were lateral lunge hops, squats, jump squats, boxercise drills, su***de runs, which involve the large muscle groups of the legs(quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves). Working the large muscles of the body aid the fat burning process very effectively.

Great 1 hour set ladies, well done.
