How many people will you check in with, check up on, or will check in, or check up on You ?????

‼💞SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE WHO HAS TOUCHED MY LIFE💞‼
A conversation I had this morning, triggered me momentarily, slightly, and EGO & ANGER rose its ugly head xx
I sat and reflected on my feelings and emotions, aknowledged them and sent them love xx
Then gave thanks to those people who have, by my reception at the time, affected me negativitly xx As they have actually been a positive influence too x
WTF.......... I hear you gasp 🤣😂😂..... shes lost the plot hahaha.
NOPE, I havent, Ive gained peace xx
Those people have taught me how I want to show up in the world, and how I dont xx
Taught me exactly who I am x
Taught me how strong and ressilient I am x
Taught me to allow others to be exactly who they are x
Taught me to simply be resonsilble for myself, my actions and reaction x
Its all about perception xx
Now, thats not to say my life is perfect, nobodys life is, I face challenges each and every day, we all do xx
Will I be challenged again tomorrow, maybe xx
Will I momenterally struggle, probably xx
Life just isnt perfect x
Always reflect, learn and grow xx

So whether you have been a positive supportive inspirational influence who shared your knwoledge and guidance, or what I, at the time percieved to be negative, and possibly called you a TW@T, or worse 😂🤣🤣.
I am grateful...... I thankyou x

My guided, chanelled philosophy for the weekend.
When you love someone set them free x
So what exactly does that mean to you?
I feel that this saying is being currently used in a toxic way x

If you truly love someone you allow them to be their authentic self x
There maybe parts of them that you dont particularly appreciate, but we all have quirks and flaws, its what makes us who we are xx
You allow them to be open and honest with you, but love and value them regardless without judgement xx
You can have open, honest discussions with them, you may tell them your opinion or viewpoint which they may not agree with, but you love them anyway x
You NEVER try to change them,why would you?
as they will no longer be the person you love x
You love them unconditionally, allow them to make their own choices, good or bad, (thats your perception of things not theirs).
You may try to protect them or guide them, but still allow them to make their own choices x
Your their to pick up the pieces when things go wrong, but NEVER, EVER say I told you so x
If you LOVE someone you ALLOW them to be FREE x
You never set them free, and they will NEVER come back as they will never leave xx

Self control is a beautiful thing ❤
There once was a time when I would react badly to the Sh$tty behaviour of another person x
I would obssess and over analyse x
It would affect me so badly mentally and physically, that my body would shut down and I would be in extreme pain x
I would stay in bed for weeks, sometimes months until I was able to process and release this bullsh$t‼‼
I am so so very proud of who I am today x
YES, If you come at me with your sk**ky a$$ behaviour, Im going to put you straight and release you from my life x
My energy change is now a moment in time, Once that moment is over its over, and im back to being beautiful and smiling xx
I leave you to own your SH$T, thats on you x
I breathe, release, ground myself, and move forward x
My reason for posting this?
I hope it helps someone who struggles with regulation and processing emotions as I did, and gives them the knowledge that you can overcome this xx
