Gentle Yin Yoga to deeply stretch out your muscles, followed by a Yoga Nidra Meditation, ending with a blissful Sound Journey to soothe your mind, and relax the senses.

We are very proud of the collection of instruments that we work with at our Soundbaths. We have Gongs, Himalayan bowls, Crystal Bowls, Clear Quartz Bowls, drums & more. We put a lot of research and thought into them all, so that we can provide the very best for your sound journeys, so that in turn, you can get the very best experience to nurture your senses and your soul 😍

All bookings receive an entry to a prizedraw for a beautiful wellbeing bag, drawn on the night.
