🔥💪 Today we had the pleasure of welcoming Natalie Roberts to Health Hwb, just 5 weeks out from competing at the NABBA Miss Universe in Newcastle in the Trained Figure category. 🙌

Natalie enjoyed the infrared sauna, traditional sauna, and both ice baths (6° & 8°) The ultimate recovery combo for athletes pushing their limits. She was so impressed she’s planning to make the Hwb part of her regular prep routine!

We’re proud to support Natalie on her journey and can’t wait to follow her progress, the whole of Barry is behind you.

The Health Hwb isn’t just about health, it’s about people. 💙

Every single person in our community deserves somewhere they can come to reset, recharge, and feel safe under one roof.

This has never been about profit, it’s about purpose. And more importantly, I’m on my own mental health journey too. Helping others helps me. Standing up for wellness and self-care is something I believe we all deserve in our lives.

Being able to build this place to support our community has given me the strength to walk forward. That’s why the Hwb exists: for our community, for connection, and for creating a space where we can all look after ourselves and each other.

Together, we’ve built more than just a place, we’ve built a safe haven for Barry and beyond.

Marcus has been with us since day one, four weeks in, here’s what he had to say after his latest Contrast Therapy session:

🗣️ “This morning I took my 5th session of Contrast Therapy and it just keeps getting better. When I left it felt like a wave of calmness had flowed over my body and chilled on my back. I’m seriously considering giving up my visits to the chiropractor with what I’m feeling. It’s insane... can’t wait for my next session on Monday. Thanks Jake, what a difference this place has made to my life!”
