Have you heard of “nervous system regulation”? It’s one of the biggest wellness trends right now and acupuncture has been supporting it for thousands of years.
In today’s fast-paced world, many of us remain in a constant state of “fight or flight.” Acupuncture helps guide the body back into “rest and repair,” supporting balance, resilience and overall wellbeing.
People are increasingly turning to acupuncture to support:
• stress and anxiety
• sleep quality
• hormonal balance
• chronic pain
• energy levels
True wellness begins when the body feels safe, supported and in balance.

Endometriosis is more than just painful periods.

It’s a complex condition that can affect daily life, energy levels and emotional wellbeing, yet many women feel unheard or unsupported on their journey.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, painful periods and conditions such as endometriosis are often viewed through patterns of stagnation and imbalance, where the smooth flow of energy and blood is disrupted.

Acupuncture aims to support the body by:
• encouraging circulation
• reducing pain and inflammation
• supporting hormonal balance
• calming the nervous system

Every experience is unique, and support should always be personalised.
If you are navigating endometriosis, you don’t have to do so alone, there are gentle, holistic ways to support your body alongside medical care, get in touch now to find out more https://gaynorgrozieracupuncture.com/contact/

Stress doesn’t always feel like stress.
Sometimes it shows up as:
• poor sleep
• digestive discomfort
• tension in the body
• feeling constantly “on edge”
• low energy or burnout

April is Stress Awareness Month, a gentle reminder to pause and notice what your body may be trying to tell you.
Acupuncture works by helping to regulate the nervous system, supporting a shift from “fight or flight” into “rest and repair.”

✨ You don’t need to wait until you feel overwhelmed to start supporting your wellbeing.
What is one small thing you could do today to support your nervous system?

Looking for a nourishing sweet treat that feels good for your body too? 🍰

My gluten-free and dairy-free cake recipe that’s simple to make and thoughtfully balanced using ingredients that are gentle on digestion.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, what we eat plays an important role in supporting energy, digestion and overall wellbeing, so even small swaps can make a difference.

Wishing you a calm and nourishing Easter weekend 💜

Easter is often a time of renewal, reflection and gentle new beginnings, aligning beautifully with the energy of spring in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

It’s a lovely opportunity to slow down, spend time with loved ones, and support your wellbeing through simple, nurturing habits.

Whether that’s enjoying nourishing food, getting outdoors, or simply allowing yourself time to rest, small moments of care can have a meaningful impact on both body and mind.

Wishing you a peaceful and restorative Easter.

Spring is a season of growth, renewal and new beginnings, making it a powerful time to support fertility 🌸

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"I initially approached Gaynor for help with tooth pain that I’d been experiencing for around a year that had gradually got worse. I’d been to the dentist multiple times and they didn’t know what it was and why I was in so much pain. After the first acupuncture session, the pain reduced each day until it was completely gone after around a week. I had further sessions with Gaynor as I was so interested in the healing and Chinese medicine. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and informative. This helped me so much more than I originally was hoping. I couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Gaynor!"

Acupuncture can support the body in many ways, including helping to reduce pain and inflammation while encouraging natural healing processes.

Thank you for your kind words and for trusting me with your care.

It’s National Complementary Therapy Week, a time to explore a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Complementary therapies, such as acupuncture, are increasingly recognised for their ability to support the body in a gentle, natural, and effective way.

Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, Traditional Chinese Medicine looks at the body as a whole, helping to restore balance, support the nervous system, and encourage the body’s own healing processes.

Over on the blog, I’ve shared an in-depth guide to acupuncture, including how it works, what to expect from treatment, and the wide range of conditions it may support.

If you’re curious about how acupuncture could help you, this is a great place to start. Read the full guide here:
