resting - it's hiding. When your nervous system's
stuck in survival mode, rest doesn't feel safe.
Try this: before you lie down, plant your feet on
the floor, press down for 5 seconds, then let go.
You've just told your body, 'We're safe now.' When
your nervous system trusts you, rest actually
works.

things, feeling dread for no reason, scanning
for danger, sudden emotional floods, and being
unable to relax even in safe places. Quick fix: look
around and name three colours you can see -
you just told your brain you're safe. Your nervous
system can learn safety again- sometimes it
starts with a few simple resets.

Here's a 60-second meditation hack that can reset
your brain without you having to 'clear your mind.'
Pick the quietest sound you can hear and focus on
it for just three slow breaths. When you focus on
one sound, your brain stops chasing a thousand
thoughts and your body gets the message:
'We're safe.' This works even better when you
stack it with Part 2- Breathwork.

busy. You can burn out without ever feeling busy.
Try this: take a deep breath and notice if your
shoulders actually drop. If they don't, you're
probably stuck in overdrive. When your nervous
system's locked in survival mode, ime off doesn't
help because your body still thinks it's working.
If you failed that litle test, your nervous system's
asking for a reset.
