Part time Cleaner - Windelsham
Job description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. HOURS: 6pm to 8pm Monday to Friday
These shifts will be split amongst 2 (TWO) cleaners on rotation if needed
Payday: Last Friday of the month.
Cut off for payday is the Sunday before the last Friday.
You can be employed or self employed.
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and communal areas.
Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to maintain a tidy appearance.
Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow health and safety regulations while carrying out cleaning duties.
Skills
Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
A proactive approach to identifying areas that require cleaning or maintenance.

Tools: Mops, cloths, and other cleaning tools in blue should only be used in public spaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
Green: Food Preparation Areas

Purpose: Specifically designated for cleaning surfaces and equipment in kitchens and food preparation areas.

Purple: High-Risk Areas
