ADHD Support Basingstoke Your not alone! Support for adults, children and families ADHD is a Neurodevelopmental disorder of self control and Executive Function difficulties.

As a single parent who is struggling with my own difficulties as well as those of my daughter, I am currently training to become an ADHD coach. I wanted to set up this group to offer individuals and families in and around Basingstoke the opportunity to connect with people that have ADHD or those that have family or friends with ADHD, to support each other and gain knowledge and understanding about how our brains work and how ADHD effects us. Knowledge is power!
